Professor Dr. Mahmud-ul Ameen (1935-2004)

The Zoological Society of Bangladesh records profound grief at the sad demise of Professor Dr. Mahmud-ul Ameen, a Fellow and former Editor of the Bangladesh Journal of Zoology, on June 28, 2004 at his Dhaka residence. He was suffering from cardiac and renal disorders.

Professor Yusuf Sharif Ahmed Khan (1950-2004)

The Zoological Society of Bangladesh records deep sorrow at the tragic death of Professor D. Yusuf Sharif Ahmed, Dhaka , a fellow , General Secretary of the ZSB, on July 31, 2004. He died on a car accident on his way to return residence at Dhaka form his work place at Mawlana Bhashani Science and Technology University , Tangail. He was 54.
